Ernest Shackleton was born in Ireland in February 15 1872.Do you know he was the

second of 10 Children? He was the oldest son.When he was ten he moved to London. When he was 16 he joined the Merchant navy. He led three British expeditions to Antarctic and he got an amazing achievement but then sadly he died in January 5 in 1922 when he was 47.
